TRUE NORTH FEST

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING DETAILS BEFORE APPLYING

BOOTH SIZE
– Each booth is approximately 10’x10 with some overflow space.
– Ground is uneven and the yard has trees, dirt, bugs, etc.

FEES
– $25 application fee.
– $100 booth fee, per 10×10.
– or, $200 for two spaces and mobile setups.
– $10 early setup fee, to set up on Friday 12pm-7pm.
– True North does not issue refunds.

QUALIFICATIONS
At this time, we are not taking food vendor applications. To be added to the list, send an email: info@shoptruenorth.com.
– We prefer the majority of vendors be vintage/ thrifted.
– A small amount of Makers will be selected and approved.
– No Direct Sales: LuLaRoe, Tupperware, Color Street, etc.
– No B2B/ Business Only: contractors, banks, solar, bath, etc.
– Wholesale items need to be approved.
– No copyrighted items.
– No items using the copyrighted True North logo.
– No CBD, illegal, racist, political, or dangerous items.
– Reiki and Tarot reading is not permitted by the City.
– TNF (True North Fest) is not a good first market. You will need to list previous markets as references.

APPLICATIONS
– It make take up to TWO weeks for application review.
– Application approval is a committee decision.
– Deposit is non refundable. It covers the cost to process applications.
– Applications close on May 1, 2026.
– Booth must be paid within 30 days of approval.
– Applications considered in order as received.
– True North vendors and past fForest Fest Vendors have priority.
– If your category is full, you will be added to waitlist.
– Each category is limited.
Example:
One jewelry vendor per section. There are four sections. Only 4 accepted for the festival.

WAITLIST
– Invoices not paid within 30 days will automatically bump to a waitlist.
– Your category could fill while you are on waitlist.
– Deposit will not be refunded for waitlisted vendors.

FOOD VENDORS
– Due to the City of Morris ordinances, we can not accept applications for vendor who prepare food on site (trucks or tents). We are so sorry! This is not our choice.
– Any packaged foos vendor must provide a cottage food license.

ACTIVITIES
– It is highly recommended that vendors host an activity.
– Activities can be as simple as game or a craft (even for a fee).
– We strive to have all booths interactive.
– Questions will be covered in the welcome packet.

VENDORS
– Space is limited to a total of 100 vendors.
– DO NOT apply without social media link or web site for reference.
– True North does not issue refunds,.
– Cancellations and no-shows will no be welcomed back.
– Spaces are not transferable.
– Pets are not allowed during events, per City Ordinance.
– Vendors are not allowed to leave early.
– True North reserves the right to ask a vendor to leave.
– Spaces are not transferable.

PLEASE NOTE:
True North Fest is a community Festival. We strive to be an inclusive place and promote happiness. You will be expected to stay the entire length of the festival. It is a long day. It may be hot. It may rain. There will be music playing from the stage all day long. It may be loud and you may hear the occasional explicit lyric. Its all a part of the festival fun. You just need to be fully aware of what you are signing up for.
